PERSONAL TRAINING  -Private training with access to aerobics equipment, weight machines, free weights, stretching and meditating, as needed. -No contracts, flexible appointment times arranged on a weekly basis.     $25/hour for 1 person $35/hour with a friend

FAMILY TIME - A private time for your family, in my studio, to exercise under my guidance, meeting the needs of each family member. Encourage your family to improve its' health and fitness, or prepare for a favourite sport.   $35/hour

 

SMALL GROUPS:

 CIRCUIT TRAINING    -Need to Burn Calories and Tune Up?- Use of aerobics equipment, weight machines and apparatus for a structured and well-balanced program. Tuesdays &/or Thursdays, 10am or 7pm $10/class

STRETCH AND TONE - Beautiful stretches and breathing exercises and stability ball work to develop core strength and balance. Mondays &/or Fridays 10am, $10/class

WEIGHT TRAINING FOR THE OLDER ADULT - Individually designed and monitored, aiming to prevent osteoporosis, lower blood pressure, to improve the cardiovascular system, strength, flexibility and balance. . Supervised use of weight machines, aerobics equipment and balance apparatus. Tuesdays, 3pm. $10/class

Still kickin”  ….      - Ilderton Community Centre. -a sensible and fun-filled program of movement for Women, in a large space. Burn calories, tone up, develop core strength and balance. - All participants need a mat, a Balance Ball & shoes. Starting date is Monday  March 10th  at 7pm
